How to cancel or amend your eye test appointment online
Once you have booked your eye test online, you can cancel your appointment at any time by accessing your profile in your Vision Account. To be able to cancel your eye test online you must first have a Vision Account with us.
If you are a new customer:
You should have already been sent an email to create a password for your account along with your eye test confirmation email. Simply follow the instructions to create your account.
If you are an existing customer:
You need only login to your account as normal.
