• You have up to 100 days to return any items purchased online or in store, from the date you purchase your products.
• For in store purchases: Please bring your receipt with you as this is required as proof of purchase. The product should be in the same condition as when purchased.
• For online purchases: Download the pre-paid returns label and return the item(s) by post.  Please ensure the relevant custom forms are completed. 
• Vision Express will exchange the glasses for a new pair or provide a refund to the same value. Alternatively, you can upgrade your glasses within the 100 day period, you simply need to pay the difference.
• Refunds can only be made via the original payment method.
• Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

After you have downloaded your pre-paid returns label you will need to complete a customs form for goods leaving the Republic of Ireland to the UK to also accompany your parcel.

You can get all the customs forms you need at your local An Post branch. But to speed the process up, you can also print these forms at home. You can always ask a member of staff in branch if you have any questions.

How it works:

1. Find the customs form you need

When sending packets or parcels to destinations outside the European Union, a completed customs declaration is required and is available from your post office. An Post provides two customs forms:

• CP72 for parcels or items with a value in excess of €300
• CN22 for all other items

All customs information must be in English.

2. Complete, sign and attach custom forms

The sender is legally responsible for the information on the customs declaration, so it’s important to ensure that it is accurate and complete.

Put your customs form on the front of the item, as near as possible to the top left-hand corner - just don't cover up the address.

How to complete a CN22 customs form

CN22 are customs forms, used when sending goods internationally. The forms are scanned by optical character recognition, so it is important to fill them in legibly, with as much information as you can, to avoid delays in your items being received.

Customs have a statutory right to examine all parcels coming into the UK. This may cause delays to delivery.
