Klarna are a Swedish payment service provider providing end-to-end responsibility for your payments. • To use Klarna you must be aged 18 or over.
• You must be a Irish resident.
• You must have an Irish bank account.

Payments are collected by the debit or credit card you provide at the time of purchase. All scheduled payments are communicated to you by email and you can review your purchases by logging in to your account online or on the Klarna app.

You can view and manage your Klarna payments by visiting the Klarna website and signing into your account. You can also download the Klarna app.

There are no fees when using either Pay in 30 or Pay In 3 via Klarna providing you pay on time. 

When opting for Pay in 3, Klarna will perform a soft credit check. However this will not impact your credit score or show up as a hard inquiry on your credit report.

Klarna accepts all major debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Discover.

When making a purchase through Klarna, you will need to provide your name, address and email address. Please ensure that you provide the correct details, all information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements.

All payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Vision Express. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

You can pay all future payments at any point after you receive the confirmation email from Klarna on the details of your payment. Follow the instructions on this email or in the Klarna app to pay for your order.

When Vision Express has received the return of your order and have received confirmation on this. An updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

When Vision Express has accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.

When Vision Express has confirmed your cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
